SHIPPING TO DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Standard shipping and express shipping is available via Canada Post. Processing and delivery takes approximately 3-8 business days.
SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All orders are shipped with Canada Post via tracked standard shipping OR tracked USPS shipping (select options at checkout). Shipping process takes approximately 2-7 days.
Standard delivery typically takes 2 weeks but may vary depending on location. Express delivery is estimated to take 1 week. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, which is unfortunately out of our control.
Please note that prices are not inclusive of custom duties and taxes. Once an order is given to the carrier, the item becomes that carrier's responsibility and KOKOMOLO is no longer liable. KOKOMOLO is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of Canada.

Free shipping is offered for orders to the US and Canada when spending $50 CAD after discounts and before tax.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. If your delivery items do not match your order (wrong or missing product) due to our oversight, please contact us.
